Shane Schmidt

DMD, Pediatric Dentist

My name is Shane Schmidt and I graduated from dental school in 2010. I worked as a general dentist in New Mexico and Texas before specializing in pediatric dentistry. Pediatric dentistry is what I am passionate about and I am excited to use my skills to serve the kids in north east Oregon. I am originally from the North West and am happy to return after many years away. Most of my time is spent on my profession, family, and faith, and when opportunity permits, I love to participate in water-sports.

We give Advanced Pediatric Dentistry a 5 out of 5!!! The dental assistant’s were great with my son! They have mastered working with kids and earning their trust and everyone was super nice. We were in and out within 35 minutes and we had specific instructions for our next appointment. The Dentist was also great. Today was our first visit for my 3 year old son. I haven’t been to a more fantastic dentist for kiddos. The staff and Dr. house were SUPER friendly and very hands on with my son! They helped calm his nerves and made sure that nothing was going to hurt! We just switched from his previous dentist that just didn’t seem to care. Night and day with this place!
